Add scanner list to client report

Added line showing which scanners were used:
  Scanned with: ImunifyAV, ClamAV, Linux Maldet, RKHunter

This lets customers know we used multiple professional-grade
scanning engines without adding verbose explanations.

Updated both inline and function versions.
